  • What is a Smash Box Savings Money Box?

    It's a fun, interactive savings challenge with 100 scratch-off spots. Each spot reveals a surprise amount to save — making your saving journey exciting and goal-focused.

  • How does it work?

    Simply scratch one box at a time, and set aside the amount revealed. Do it daily, weekly, or whenever you can — until you reach your final savings goal!

  • Is this a physical product or a printable?

    This is a physical acrylic box, beautifully designed with printed graphics, not a digital download. It ships directly to your doorstep.

  • Can I customize the amounts?

    Right now, all boxes come pre-set with a variety of random amounts, but a customizable version is in the works — stay tuned!

  • How much can I expect to save with one box?

    It depends on the version you buy! For example, the "$10K Smash Box" is designed to help you save up to $10,000 by the end of the challenge.

  • Is this a good gift idea?

    Absolutely! It’s perfect for birthdays, holidays, graduations, or anyone working toward a big goal like a trip, car, or designer bag.

  • Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

    No. All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges under any circumstances. If there's an issue with your order on arrival (e.g., damage), please contact us with visual proof.



  • What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?

    If the wrong address is entered at checkout and your package is returned to us, you’ll be responsible for paying a reshipment fee.

    If you request a refund instead, a 10% restocking fee will be applied.

  • What if my package gets lost or stolen?

    We highly recommend adding Route Package Protection at checkout. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once shipped if Route protection was not added.



  • What is your pre-order policy?

    Pre-order items typically ship 1–2 weeks after the estimated ship date listed in the product description.

    If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, your full order will ship together once the pre-order item is ready.

    If you’d like to split the shipment, please email us at info@stampandstash.com to arrange it.

    Note: All estimated shipping dates are approximate and may be subject to change.

  • What is the policy for the $10K SmashBox?

    We strongly suggest purchasing Route Package Protection for all SmashBox orders.

    If your $10K SmashBox is lost or damaged and you did not purchase Route, we cannot offer a refund. A replacement box will only be offered if available.

  • What are your processing and shipping times?

    Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, not including weekends.

    Once shipped, standard delivery takes 2–6 business days within the U.S.

    Please note that shipping times are estimated and may vary.
